The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best Bank I've ever used

I've been with a traditional bank my whole life but didn't like their approach to overdraft fees. Starling were great from day 1. Transparent, easy to use and gives me everything id want. The way it treats spaces and your overdraft is great as well. Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Excellent service

I took out an online account with great trepidation being someone who actually likes face to face interaction. But they have been fantastic. Their app is simple and easy to follow. I get notified on when a payment goes out or in. The customer service is above average. I always do the online chat and they are quick, helpful and it is so simple. I can recommended this bank.
