I used to use my HSBC current account but since opening up a Starling account I haven’t looked back. Its just so easy to do everything. The other day I even paid in a cheque by taking a picture with phone camera!?! Just brilliant! Instant notifications, real time bank balances. I’m never going back to a standard high street bank. Everything is on your app that you need, you can go on live chat or email and even give them a call, which they answer very quickly, which is a bonus, the help is brilliant. Also no queuing at the bank as everything is done at the post office, any post office. Cheques are done by photo on your phone or sent by a freepost address. So glad I found this bank. Great value exchange rates. Transactions show instantly on your account. The shopping card introduced in the first lockdown was such a simple but fabulous service to offer-all with no fuss and quickly which sums up dealing with Starling. A fabulous bank. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
