Simple to use

A revelation!

Having recently retired from a traditional high street bank whose inline banking I rate highly I opened a starling account and was immediately impressed by the speed and efficiency of the app. It tells me it has received transfers before my other bank messages me to say the money has left my account! I now use Starling for all my day-to-day spending and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

High Street bank, no thanks

Have been with Starling since almost the beginning, firstly for the no charge abroad debit card and the instant notifications but quickly discovered how easy they made personal banking. Now my wife Banks with them we also have a joint account both our kids who are tech savvy (we are not) have switched to starling. Always think the sign of a good company is how it's deals with an error. Recently had one and it was solved with patience, professionalism but in a very friendly manner. We all need Starling in our life!

This was the easiest account set up ever Specially for this day and age I absolutely love the Spaces feature how you can personalise it with a photo ! I mean how cute ?!! Best Digital bank for current account and international travel

Very easy to open an account, excellent app to manage your account and dashboards, unlimited cash withdrawals for free and outstanding exchange rates while traveling internationally so no need to carry cash. I cant think of any other bank that can match up to Starling bank in banking service and experience. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Confident

I like Starling as I use it on my travels. Every transaction or cash withdrawal has operated faultlessly for the past couple of years.
