The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

No1 bank

Beginner to savvy in days

I left managing the finances to my partner for 27 years - I did nothing. That changed overnight with no warning. My son suggested getting to grips with Starling and in no time I was in control of my finances and even creating 'space' for holiday saving and treats. Solid banking

Comparing rates and overseas charges (for when holidaying abroad is opened), it's a good card to have. The pop up about purchases are good also. Just waiting for the desktop version of their banking to established more, then I think more people will give it a go. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Starling? Sterling!

I made the switch to Starling from Monzo as I wanted to bank with a more ethical organisation who had a deeper investment morally towards their customers and their staff as well, as well as the planet and environment. I think they're great. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
