Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Easy to manage my money

Very happy with my starling account. The process to set one up is simple and straightforward. The account features are useful and easy to manage. Spaces are especially useful to squirrel away some money for a rainy day or any other purpose. And the support team are friendly, to boot. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 20th March 2021

Starling for currency transfers saves almost 2%.

Additional to my brilliant Starling account, I needed to make some Euro transfers. Starling not only opened me a Euro account (took all of 10 mins) but offer 'way better' exchange rates than NatWest, my business bank. Using Starling for £/€ transfers is saving almost 2%. Never had a single issue

Ive never had a single issue with Starling bank. Often times customer service is a big problem for me- for example, Barclays customer service is terrible- but with starling bank you dont even need to think about customer service because there’s never anything wrong with them! Even so, if their customer service is even half as good as the rest of the services they offer, then it will be the best by far! Reviewed on: 19th March 2021

Brilliant & Transparent Banking Concept

Starling is a bank for the people, it is run for the people and they have people come first, unlike the high street banks who place their pockets first and people last. They answer to a higher authority, not the people. It is an autocratic organisation. Starling Bank has demonstrated how a bank for the people should be run, open, transparent and honest, built on sound ethics and principles that offers confidence and simplicity in all aspects of banking. Much better than First Direct

Much better than First Direct who I left after 20 years. Accounts are opened quickly, the software is brilliant, their staff treat you with respect and courtesy and do NOT question you about what are you doing with YOUR money as HSBC does. Starling are the very best bank in Britain. I look forward to trying their business banking. Reviewed on: 19th March 2021
