Easy and professional

A very easy to use banking system (and i am not technical at all). I had one account with Starling and requested to open a company account along side it which we did in a few very easy steps. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

Excellent for the tech savvy

I've had no problems with Starling. I appreciate the instant alerts. The app isn't as easy as it could be. This isn't the account for those without smartphones. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

Why didn't I find Starling sooner?

Such an amazing bank. Everything works seamlessly. Loving the app and the debit card (lovely design). It really makes me want to look after my finances much more in depth and it even feels like fun! :) Big thumbs up from me. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

Brilliant app!

The app is so seamless and easy to use. Spaces helps me save money in pots that I can personalise with my own pictures. And I love that I can attach notes and image receipts of stuff onto any transaction! And chatting to customer service via the live chat is infinitely better than waiting years on the phone to speak to someone. Love it! Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

Great Bank

Easy app, really straight forward and user friendly. Customer service has always been amazing and really helpful whenever I've needed to contact them. Can do everything online without having to go back and forth to a branch or wait hours on the phone, if they're busy on their online catch they'll email you back later Reviewed on: 17th March 2021

The best customer service ever!

I had the most delightful experience when I and my partner were in a low signal zone and battery was running low and I had an issue with my card. The customer service person made sure that even if the calls were dropped a few times they had all the notes from the previous calls and also made it a point that they called back to make sure we had everything we needed. I have not had this service from any other service provider either a bank or an energy company for that matter. I will definitely recommend Starling to others. Reviewed on: 17th March 2021
