All you need from a bank without the hassle

My wife and I have been with Starling since 2018 and have not looked back. It does everything expected and then more. Its superlative service and user-friendly app is first class and puts traditional high street banks firmly in the shade. They should sit up and learn from Starling that customer relations brings the feel-good factor that breeds loyalty instead of sitting back expecting people to come to them because they need a banking service. Not a thing wrong

Everything you want from a bank

I recommend Starling to everyone, it is simple, has the best features before the big banks copy them and it is so easy to contact them and get any issues resolved and questions answered. I feel safe putting money in Starling and know any issues will be resolved quickly either over the phone or email, no requirement to attend branches as I've had with other banks. This is particularly important in the previous year. The spaces are certainly the best feature and Starling are always helping customers understand accounts and features which is refreshing.
