Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Fantastic experience

Perfect

Seriously other banks should be very worried about Starling, money going in or out is shown a day or sometime a few before it happens. Very clear transactions and labels to help you budget. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Quite a clever idea!

Seems that it is not quite as easy to speak to the bank as it should be. Tried 3 times to reach the bank by phone last Friday as I had accidently paid Microsoft twice £59.99 for the same product. A puzzle indeed to reach Microsoft by phone that I have not been able to resolve. At 82 years of age, I simply find it daunting if not impossible to do what the bank suggested to tell them! To my mind, decrepit as it may be, the bank that made the double payment was the right way to go. So now I am £59.99 out of pocket and Microsoft are that much richer. Seems only I care about me?
