The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Hassle free banking

They have everything covered. I don’t have to worry about missing payments as I get reminders that payments are due the day before. I also get a reminder on the day if I need to transfer money in to cover the payments due. It means that I don’t get late payment fees for missed payments. It’s App is quick and easy to use and has some amazing features like added authentication for online purchases. I have also added a card for my young son which he loves and uses when we are on holiday. Overall it means that managing my money is one less thing I have to think/worry about. Stress free banking - finally

My Phone is my High Street Branch.

Living alone, no computer, travelling abroad lots. Wherever I am Starling is in my pocket ready to react to any situation I find myself in. Adding Euros instantly, requesting payments for things sold, making payments here or abroad, all avenues are covered, and Exceptional Customer Service. Well done Starling Bank.
