So Easy to Use and Features I didn't even know I needed

Starling seem to be truly customer centric. Everything is very easy and clear and they have provided features that I didn't even know I needed. I never thought I would feel emotionally connected to a bank, but Starling have won my heart. I just love them! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Best Bank By Far

I've had an account for a couple of years. Starling covers nearly all my needs. I can analyse spending, save money in 'Spaces', use phone app or PC and make instant payments or use Direct Debits. It's all free, plus a little bit of interest monthly. The app is easy to navigate, and I've had no functional issues. I use Revolut for foreign payments because they are cheaper and more currencies are available. maybe something for Starling to think about. Overall though 5* A+ Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Banking as it should be

Everything just works, the app is so easy to use and looks great, instant notifications re just about anything on your account, an overdraft which I am in full control of, spaces let's you save for different things in different places, fee free spending while abroad including cash withdrawal.
