Putting the Customer First

Clear speaking intelligent call centre staff. Excellent assistance with higher value transactions when needed. Vastly superior phone app. and connectivity. Cannot recommend highly enough compared to the “big” mainstream banks. Thankyou Starling! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Excellent all round!

I initially got a Starling account to use for foreign currency, I was so impressed that within three months I started using it as my main current account and now I have my business account with Starling too. I love the spaces, in my personal account I use it for saving towards Christmas and holidays, and in my business account I use them for VAT and corporation tax liabilities and keeping track of my directors loan amounts. So Easy to Use and Features I didn't even know I needed

Starling seem to be truly customer centric. Everything is very easy and clear and they have provided features that I didn't even know I needed. I never thought I would feel emotionally connected to a bank, but Starling have won my heart. I just love them! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Best Bank By Far

I've had an account for a couple of years. Starling covers nearly all my needs. I can analyse spending, save money in 'Spaces', use phone app or PC and make instant payments or use Direct Debits. It's all free, plus a little bit of interest monthly. The app is easy to navigate, and I've had no functional issues. I use Revolut for foreign payments because they are cheaper and more currencies are available. maybe something for Starling to think about. Overall though 5* A+ Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
