Great bank

Initially, I was a little wary of opening an account with no branches, however, having been with Starling for some time now, it ticks all the right boxes for what a great bank should be. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

True to itself

Simple and Efficient

Starling bank is an app-only virtual bank that offers a current account and deposit accounts (offered by third parties). The app is very easy to navigate, clean and efficient. The customer service is excellent - queries are usually replied very quickly. The ability to change one's overdraft into a fixed-term loan is definitely a plus for people who need to use the overdraft over a period of time. Easy, efficient, no fuss!

WOW ! WHAT AN AMAZING BANK ACCOUNT ! :)

I opened an account with Starling due to suspicious activity with my previous Coop bank account. The Starling app is absolutely amazing ! I can lock and unlock my whole account e.g. The use of : my debit card, online and Atm cash withdrawals, contactless payments. It lets me know when a payment has been taken. The balance is in real time !! You know exactly how much is available, it lists all the payments taken :- into groups groceries, bills and payments in. 110/100 I am very impressed, peace of mind knowing when you lock your account no one can use it - Thumbs up from me :) The Future of banking. Simple, yet powerful
