Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Easy banking by phone

Very quick, easy to use, mobile banking

The online App is basically faultless and on the very rare occasions that I have had to call the Call Centre, the service was friendly and excellent. I'm so glad I switched. Reviewed on: 25th January 2021

Easy to Use

Starling is very easy to use. Open account originally to use on holiday in Thailand as I was told you could use with ease. Happy to say that was the case. Will be closing my Santander account and transferring everything to Starling. Reviewed on: 25th January 2021

Easy to work on the App, lots of different ways of using the account

Was looking for a new Account, avid reader of Which Magazine , read about this account and never looked back . Good Customer service when I was new to the app and needed help . Best decision made!

I absolutely love Starling. I’ve always had trouble with other banks and also having to travel to bank offices. Starling has made it easy to go to any post office. It’s a simple, clean, easy and secure set up. Since I do everything online, I’m glad that I found a digital bank. Their support/customer service excellent. They supported me with a supposed scam from online shopping and resolved it very quickly and efficiently - issuing my money back to me. I originally joined because I was looking for a savings account. I like knowin what I’m saving for. Starling has made it very easy to save and budget with the pots but also the notifications and reminders or everything happening with my account. Another plus is that I can combine all my pension pots into one with starling. I have recommended to all my friends and family. My only comment is I would like to apply for a credit card with starling but I am not sure if they do this. Reviewed on: 25th January 2021

So easy to use

I use my Starling account to pay for my groceries and it is so convenient. I’m notified on my phone instantly how much has been spent, and where, which also means I’ve been able to let my teenage daughter use it for essentials without chaperoning her. Fabulous product, easy to save money for other things too, but equally have it available if needed. Reviewed on: 25th January 2021
