Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

It just works

I love being a Starling customer. They have highlighted the huge differences between modern digital banking and traditional banking. My banking is instant, never had any issues using the app, their communications are brilliant, everything is secure using the latest security technologies, I haven't come across any banking issues that have not had a solution found (e.g. depositing cheques, cash, lost card, etc.), customer support is quick, easy, helpful and knowledgable. Most beneficial to me I think is the accessibility. I don't have ridiculous hard copy paperwork to faff about with and I don't have to drive to visit a particular branch to achieve a relatively easy task. It just works! And they keep improving it! Awesome

After trying so many main street banks and feeling let down. I finally decided to try something different! And oh my god I have never looked back! Even convinced my wife to join me and we now have a joint account too! It was so easy and everything just feels so much safer! Will never go back to a main stream back. 21st century bank

I opened my account to separate my fledgling business and previously using only high street banks I have been so happy I chose Starling. It’s amazing how easy and simple all transactions can be using the app. It really feels as if this bank delivers what I need rather than me needing to fit in with how the bank want to run things. Easy, quick and just right

Excellent experience

This bank is amazing! The app has literally helped me with getting towards being debt free. The options to split the money into pots and the real-time spending which texts when money is spent means keeping a track of expenditure easy. It also alerts you to upcoming PayPal payments in advance, allowing you to move money to cover such payments. Other banks would just let you go overdrawn until you realise! Great app based bank! A highly functional bank account
