Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Loving the money management facility

I think this is a great option for people that want to keep tighter control on their finances. The instant notifications is one of the main features that I love because it helps to give me piece of mind around the security of my account. In the future I would love to see a rewards based option int he account (cash back, points, vouchers etc) as a bigger incentive to use the account. Seamless and agile bank

Great experience so far since I moved from my previous traditional bank and choosing between the challenger banks where Monzo was chosen second to Starling and I am happy with my decision so far. Customers First- Low Effort & Speedy Transactions

I moved to Starling about a year ago. I was nervous about moving from one of the more mainstream banks, but it was the best move I have ever made with finances! The app is great, notifications instantly every time I spend or receive money! No waiting for days for contactless payments to come out like my old bank. Lodging a cheque is fab, no trips anywhere - just took a photo of it in the app! Love the spaces to use for saving goals and putting money aside so I don’t spend it! Switched for modern banking experience

I switched from TSB to Starling in the midst of lockdown and it has been the best thing I could have done with my money. Starling account is sleek looking, smart and provides me with instant update on where my money is and what else I should be doing with it to make the most of it. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

Great service

Late last year i had issues getting money back from a travel provider. I sent an email to starling for help and straight away they helped me getting my money back in no time at all.
