The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy as 1-2-3!!!

The easiest & simplest bank app to use IN THE WORLD!!! Plus I've used it ALL over the world!! Being a woman of a certain age & not very teckki, I've made a fair few mistakes & there's always someone on the end of the line TO TALK TO ( not a recording) & put things right. Really, can't recommend Starling enough.... Forget digital keys, trillions of passwords to enter & other such sorcery - Starling keep it simple but safe & eefective. Thank you!! Initiative Banking

From when I joined Starling the commutation regarding new developments, options and responses to Covid have been outstanding, always concise which makes for a quick read , so you will always open and respond to their next message,App is so easy to use and the new quick links makes it easy to check an account anytime, very customer focused, So pleased I joined Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

No longer anxious

I've been so grateful to find Starling bank. I no longer feel anxious to look at my bank account since I am in control and not controlled by my money - or lack of it. Starling make it so accessible and straightforward to save and monitor spending. I started 2021 by moving my main current account to Starling and already seeing the benefits of financial management. Love it

Starling's easy navigation, controls and format have fundamentally changed my banking, spending and saving habits. For the first time in my life I've been able to keep a proper track on my spend. I devote funds into 'spaces' so that I can save properly. I can switch funds easily between accounts. Customer service has always been immediately available and responsive to my needs.
