I joined Starling around two years ago and have never looked back. The app is secure and easy, and the customer service efficient and friendly. I also like the way they react to customer demands. Expert in false accounting

Starling is dishonest and who used their own people to create bogus favourable reviews on Trustpilot. They steal my money by creating false accounting where my balance looked correct but when I calculated the entire year I found my balance short by £800.00. At the sametime, they posted a few pence each month of the year in question in so-called interest to the account to give the false impression that they reward my custom. Starling also shows no respect for online buying regulations put in place by UK Parliament to protect online shoppers (Consumer Contracts Regulations). For example, I ordered three laptops on Alibaba platform in December 2019-March 2020. Three of the sellers failed to deliver the laptops, kept my payments and claimed that I refused to go and pay the custom duties, VAT and import duties and collect the orders from the port. I purchased the laptops on Alibaba as an Individual, not as a business. By this, it was the responsibility of the Alibaba's seller to ship the orders to London UK, pay any required fees and duties and clear the orders through custom, etc, then deliver the order directly to my shipping address/my London home address. In order to disguise the false accounting against me, Starling ignored the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations provisions, and instead, taken side with the dishonest Alibaba sellers and refused to get my money back on requests, claiming that it will only intervene when I prove that I taken steps to pay the custom duty, import duties and VAT and collect the orders from the UK ports myself. I have written to Starling chief Executive after I got nowhere with my complaint made in writing to the company. But todate, I had no reply from Starling Chief Executive to my written complaint. What a refreshing bank

After being with my first bank for 32 years and never really considering changing, I tried Starling for use abroad when on Holiday. After a very easy application (took about 10 minutes) I started using Starling and was very impressed with their app and ease of use.
