Simply the Best

Using my account abroad

When Nationwide began charging for withdrawing cash abroad I took a chance and moved to Starling on their promise of free foreign withdrawals, I have had no problems even though I am out of UK more than in it, savlng me a considerable sum. Thank you. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Excellent customer service and a great app!

I opened a Starling current account but didn't use it for about a year and 1 month. I'd forgotten the password so I called up customer service and a woman picked up quickly. She helped me to change my password and navigate the app. The app itself I really like! I really like the pie charts and the percentage breakdowns of my spending. Easiest international transfers

I opened a Starling account in 2020 to manage transfers from GBP to Euros, as I regularly Need to send funds to Italy for my second home there. The app is so easy to use, and you can easily see funds in you both your accounts (GBP and Euros) simply by toggling between the two. Exchange rates and transfer fees are clear and transfers are super quick. Ive closed my previous International account (with one of the major high street banks) as it was just difficult to use, fees were high, And there was no app facility. Well done Starling, I love it!
