The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Simple banking made easy

Extremely user friendly and organised.

I have been using the starling bank for a year and a half. Would say amongst the banks I have used this is the best. Everything is well organised and quick. Moreover the compatibility among all levels is really good. Not all the next gen banking has got all these facilities. Keep up the good work to the team behind this. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Great bank and should win!

The ease of use is great, definitely the best banking app out there. The customer service always sorts out issues with upmost care, however, would be better if had a call centre option as well. The app gives great summaries of spending and budget analysis. Starling definitely has the best banking app out there currently& one of the top customer services at par with Barclays.
