I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

The best bank I've ever used

I've been recommending Starling to my friends and family as the best bank out there. It's easy to set up, easy to use, everything can be done in the app, friendly support available 24/7 to answer any questions. If there is an issue (which happens very rarely) it's resolved promptly with regular updates from the customer service. Any new features added are generally made with the customer in mind. Some if the highlights for me personally are the spaces, the connected card, and the euro account (plus the ability to use the same card and switch within seconds if money is taken out of euro or gbp account). The transactions are visually easy to check over and the spending by category is helpful. It's like both a great banking and budgeting app. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
