Oldie gets new tech banking

Getting an account and using it with Starling has been an easy and flawless experience for me, using my smartphone. The software has been cleverly designed to cope with those of us that don't have the dexterity of teenagers. I get quite annoyed with other applications which need to be used with great care, but Starling seems to be very robust and helpful. Common sense and good design, well done Starling.! All I need from the bank

Starling offers me everything I wanted from the bank. Their app is very simple, with a nice layout and colours. It doesn't look archaic and it's not as slow as High Street banks. Also, signing in doesn't give me a headache because I forgot that one number in one of the 4 passwords they ask me to remember. Their support is also top notch!
