No-Nonsense

A great online account

I have been with Starling for over 5 years and the bank has improved its services year after year. Any problems I have had (and to be honest have been caused by myself) are dealt with quickly by the customer service team. The App is excellent and they keep it fresh by improving it every year. I particularly like the icons and backgrounds that can be changed with the seasons. It’s nice to see snow when you are checking your balance. It’s easy to set up savings pots to which you can even add a ‘virtual debit card’ to make payments from. You can also set up direct debits to be paid from savings pots. I have never had any problems with the App, I’ve never been unable to make payments and I am very happy with both the service I have received and the feeling of confidence I have with the bank. Love they have spaces for saving that make it super easy to save for different things // they have a round up space for when you are spending as well. Easy app to use and have never had any problems especially when using abroad. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Easy Saver account is inaccessible.

Been a customer for 2+ years but turned down for an Easy Saver account with little or no explanation. Why stimulate demand if you can’t or won’t supply it. Contemptuous treatment of a previously satisfied customer. Will definitely be moving to Chase Reviewed on: 14th February 2025
