Amazing service

An banking app that is very easy to use ,but safe it follows you every step of the way. When you spend it tells you almost straight away what and where you have spent. Up and coming outgoing or incoming payments so it's very easy to budget. I am very happy to use Starling bank and to promote them to my friends . Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

How banking should be

Since joining Starling I have been amazed how simple and easy my banking has become. I can pay cheques in by taking a photo of the cheque, I can save for specific things by setting up 'spaces', pay using my iPhone and track my expenses automatically. The upstart banking needs

Everything has been simple... from setting up the account, to using the app, to arranging an overdraft - the latter at far better rates that the usurious high street banks. Only criticism is that Customer Service can be a little slow to respond. Have recommended to friends. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Miles ahead the rest! Way to go!

The easiest and fastest app, free Sterling and EUR account, free bank card for both together, free card usage home and abroad, the cheapest currency exchange. Where else do you get all that? Oh, and I love that little BING sound on the phone, when I receive a payment on my account. Love the real time banking. New Bank hits the mark

I was dreading opening a new current account because of past experience of the time consuming and bureaucratic process offered by thehigh street banks. Starling advert said process would take 10 minutes (not 10 weeks!} to open a new account. Absolutely stunned to find I had a new Starling Current Account in 10 minutes! No fuss, no hassle, no 13 page forms - just a straight forward process. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Excellent responsiveness

I love this bank! If you ever need to speak to someone at Starling just open up a chat on the app or send a message. The responsiveness is fantastic and the times that I’ve needed help the advisor has it sorted out quickly. The app is excellent and I love having a separate savings page where I can put money away and label it for I want to save for. It encourages me to save. Back in the day when we were allowed to travel abroad it’s my go to account with excellent rates of exchange and no extra fees. On top of this you can set up to get a message each time your card is used, handy to know quickly if it’s been stolen and you can pause the account to prevent spending if you think you might have lost or misplaced your card, no need to cancel and wait for another card.
