Perfect, Efficient and Easily Managed

I love my Starling account it was Very easy to set up, the app is great gives me up-date information on any activities going on with my account. So simple and easy to use. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Your Bank

Excellent experience, fast efficient set up, user friendly app, excellent features. Haven't had to use customer service yet, but am sure it will be excellent. Having an immense dislike for banks and bad experiences, Starling is what a Bank should be, working for you, not themselves. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Hassle free banking

Easy to apply and set up. Very responsive customer service. Innovative solutions with particular mention to Marketplace and Pension Bee tie up. Would of been nice to have been offered a temporary overdraft during initial Covid_19 period but hey ho Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Absolutely amazing

Excellent Service & App

Quick & easy, I needed to increase my transfer limit. It was all done & dusted in minutes with no fee! (my last back made me pay for CHAPS or send over a number of days). Very happy & love the app. I trust starling! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Fantastic internet bank

Starling is super easy to use and I have found it to have much better customer interaction than traditional banks. From instant spend alerts, ease of use using my card abroad, spending insights and other statistics that my other banks don't offer. Just what I need

Starling bank is accessible and easy enough to navigate. Even though the bank is relatively new to the market, I feel my money is in safe hands. I haven't transferred my wages to come into this bank yet but I am seriously considering it. The app makes saving so much easier as I can see what I've saved and how much in each "space" too. Started off well
