Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Wonderful, customer friendly bank

I opened a Starling account at a friend's recommendation a few months back and I have loved every bit of the experience. It has been easy to set up, navigate and resolve any queries and issues. But what I have appreciated more is that Starling have made me feel like a valued customer, without cramming offers, loans and other unnecessary products down my throat. With Starling I can simply do what I need to do with my money and not be harassed with a multitude of options I do not understand or need. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

People first banking

Starling never fails to impress me. Having used traditional current accounts from the big banks and their apps, Starling stands out by miles due to the ease and speed with which tasks can be completed. The instantaneous nature of transactions and notifications seriously helps to keep on top of outgoings and being able to simply search for past transactions is a dream. Your Bank

Excellent experience, fast efficient set up, user friendly app, excellent features. Haven't had to use customer service yet, but am sure it will be excellent. Hassle free banking

Easy to apply and set up. Very responsive customer service. Innovative solutions with particular mention to Marketplace and Pension Bee tie up. Would of been nice to have been offered a temporary overdraft during initial Covid_19 period but hey ho Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Absolutely amazing
