Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Innovative ideas

Thought the idea of issuing a connected card was very useful to me as a 71 year old, without underlying health issues thankfully, but for my neighbour to purchase items I needed at any time with just a whatsapp message to her whilst she was working. Have found this new addition to the already excellent service just exactly what was needed at this time, and could have only been thought of by another woman!! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

This account Changed my life

Best bank available, you can manage your money, budget and save all on your phone quickly. I will never have a high street bank again, even if they are doing more accounts like starling they are still behind the times and not moving quick enough in the modern world. This account has helped me change my spending habits, save lots of money each month and keep track of my transactions. I love how the app tells me what I’ve spent and before a shop till tells me. It’s great for cracking down on fraud as I can place most of my money in different pots out of the main account so it can’t be spent if someone try’s and if someone does a transaction I know instantly, can stop the card and speak to someone in minutes on the chat. Staff are a breath of fresh air too, Helpful and polite at all times. I opened this account in minutes sat in my living room, you can’t do that with main banks! And I can set up payees in minutes too without needing to log in on a laptop, and have lots of different passcodes and little keypads. It’s quick and easy to bank with Starling, send friends money, pay bills, cash a cheque with your phone! I’ve recommend this bank to friends and family and all have opened one including business accounts. Everyone needs a starling account and will save better by having one. Mobile banking at its Best

I have been reluctant to take up personal banking on my mobile for a number of reasons , mainly security-based. My wife joined Starling and it was on the basis of her recommendation that I did too. I have not been disappointed!!! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Not a word in existence to describe Starling Bank
