Brilliant service

So easy to open the account, I have in fact opened a business account too Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Starling best bank account I’ve ever had.

So easy to use, love the spaces feature helps me to keep track of my money, responds quickly with any questions or help I may need. My income comes in at midnight and always tells me what’s coming in and out. Tells me if I have insufficient funds for a bill that’s coming up. Very simple to use, can cash in cheques by sending a picture. Easy to save money and can have virtual cards for each space all in one account. Think it’s amazing best bank account I’ve had. The best financial decision I have made.

Changing bank was the best financial decision I have made, I was with my last bank 15 years and prefer starling for its control, ease of use and intuitive interfaces. Reviewed on: 17th March 2024

Over cheking the legitimate & refusing to block fraud

On the one hand you flagged red fraud warning when trying to pay the HMRC or Easyjet and when actual fraud occurs you've refused to do anything other that cancel cards placing all the inconveneince on us to update all our payments when you should be inbestigating / blcoking real fraud. You also refused us buisness bank account recently despite us having 400k in our account. All very dissapointing. Reviewed on: 16th March 2024

Starling are great.

The bank works for me banked with coop for previous 40 years and they became useless, what a refreshing change Starling are customer focussed and answer calls promptly. Would recommend them without any reservation. Reviewed on: 16th March 2024
