The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Highly efficient and easy to navigate

We joined Starling earlier this year, having been with a High Street bank for many years. Starling's online banking is so much easier and quicker to navigate. The ability to put money into compartments within the account is excellent. Online payments can be made quickly and simply. I'm also looking forward to when I can use the euro facility.
