The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best bank I've ever used

Easy to open the account. Really easy to keep up with spending move money. Great value for use abroad, we went to New Zealand and used our debit cards for everything while we were there. We got a good exchange rate and always knew exactly how much we had remaining in our joint account. Also feels very secure when using on line, the two stage authentication is straightforward. Simple and reliable

From setting up my account to managing day to day operations, Starling has been intuitive, easy to use and easy to work with. Outstanding

I have banked with a few banks over the years but none have impressed me as much as Starling. The fact that I have only had to speak to someone once in all the time I have held an account shows how well they have developed their mobile and online proposition from day 1.
