The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Customer in mind

I love using Starling Bank as their App is so easy to use and the information you need is all on hand. It’s easy to use for Contactless payments on my phone and the card, plus it confirms the transaction wherever you are in the world. It’s aimed at making life way for travellers with no charge for foreign transactions. Very easy to see what’s available and if it needs a top up. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Proper Banking with a smile

I started off having this as a second account, however within a short space of time, the service was far better than my "traditional" bank I moved it all across. Fast, easy to use, range of services.

Customer service team quick to respond. Using Starling's services is easy, and their app is much faster and easier to use than other mainstream banks- often Starling notifies me about transaction before the card machine confirms it, very speedy!
