Perfect for a modern lifestyle

Can do everything easily through the app. Allows you to use your phone as a bank. Can pay in cheques, set up payments to friends, have individual saving spaces (without having to open different accounts) and you don’t get stung with foreign transaction fees on holiday. 5 stars for Starling! 21st century banking, who knew?

I needed a current account and was advised to have a look at Starling. The application process was so simple and completely painless. No jargon, no complicated forms and quick to be approved. Using the app is great, very intuitive and everything I need is directly to hand, immediately. This is true 21st century banking, I don't have the time or the inclination to queue at a typical high street branch so this is perfect for me.
