21st century banking, who knew?

I needed a current account and was advised to have a look at Starling. The application process was so simple and completely painless. No jargon, no complicated forms and quick to be approved. Using the app is great, very intuitive and everything I need is directly to hand, immediately. This is true 21st century banking, I don't have the time or the inclination to queue at a typical high street branch so this is perfect for me. Great modern bank

My current account gives me better interest than I would find in other banks. Instant notifications are brillinant especially if you withdraing money abroad so that you know exactly how much you are spending. The currency exchange rate is batter than elswhere. The apllication is simple and easy to use and also have good features like saving goals. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Moved to Starling after 31 years with first direct

I joined first direct in 1989 shortly after it opened when it led the way in U.K. banking. I have now switched my account to Starling and have an even better control of my banking. They are superb and the new leaders amongst U.K. banks Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Just brilliant

So fresh a truly customer centred bank!

The only bank/financial organisation I know who genuinely listens, wants to help, understands customers are not masters of their systems. In fact I would go so far as to say they are the only major company I deal with not hiding behind the pandemic and internet expecting customers to empathise with them rather than other way round - so glad I moved to them!
