The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

All you need from a bank account

I've been using Starling for a few years now as my main personal bank account, and it has never let me down. The mobile app is easy to navigate, the features and functionalities are brilliant, and the customer support is friendly and reliable. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Much easier than traditional banks

I love Starling, it's much easier for paying money in (post office) and general user experience. Previously with HSBC who's app is clunky and not use friendly, never had been, managing money is now a lot easier. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Great bank, Amazing App

Easy and enjoyable

Everything with Starling is easier than my old bank. I look at people fighting over freezing cards when lost, or being unsure of what money is going in or out and feel like I have so much more control. Does what it says, and more!

I have never once had an issue with Starling bank, I first joined this bank to use as a travel card in Asia. There were no additional charges, a very good exchange rate and I even made use of the available overdraft, which only had a very small interest fee after 6 months. Of which was refunded to me a month or 2 later as a gesture of goodwill as a loyal customer. The monthly newsletter keeps the users in the loop and shows they actually take the time to adapt a personal bank for just that reason, to be personal. I couldn't recommend more highly, if not for the previous examples the use of the spaces allocation of money is an amazing feature to help organise your money. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Just amazing

Overall the bank is amazing! The app is great and things runs smoothly. I would want to see some changes implemented from other banks - like the ability to do telephony banking for situation like when my phone is dead and I need to move some money or make some payments.
