The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

A really good bank

I don't like going into bank branches, I find the environment too formal so setting up a starling account was perfect for me, I just installed the app, took a few photos and it was pretty much done, it was really easy. I'm enjoying using the debit card to buy things online without extra foreign currency fees and find the tap to pay feature very useful in shops. Overall I like the general ethos of Starling bank, they have new progressive ideas and they just feel different to other banks. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Easy to use

I have two other bank accounts but Starling is the best app that you can navigate, and to make payments, the process is fast unlike other banks'apps, asking too many questions just to log in! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Better than high street banks!

I love Starling. It's the future. I've struggled so much to do basic things with traditional high street banks like change my address, update my telephone number, order a statement, set limits on my account. Starling lets me do everything from the app! Traditional high street banks need to catch up. I like how easy it to send and receive money and I really appreciate functions like being able to block my card and receive notifications of transactions in real time via pop up notifications.
