When you're a startup bank doesn't act like a startup bank!

Perhaps a good lesson for Starling management to teach their customer service staff is to be a bit more humble when dealing with customer requests. Also, banking is a purely accounting, mathematical operation, how can money just disappear out of my account?! Yes, you read that right, Starling actually can't prove or disprove how money moves because of the disconnect between what the app actually shows and what the statement shows. Incredibly concerning!
