So far so good personally but am aware of a negative...

Best online banking app ever.

Great app, great bank

Switched to Strarling a year ago and boy do I wish I had done so earlier, such a simple and efficient way to manage your money. App has great functionaility and saving spaces are a useful feature. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Starlings' customer service is excellent!

I have always found Starlings' customer service excellent. Staff are always very friendly, patient, very polite and very helpful. They let me know what was happening every step along the way and what needed to be done. It was very quick to get hold of a real person (as opposed to an automated service Being,)which I'm always happy about as I find automated robot services most frustrating due to limited communications with them. Anyway, I've been very happy with Starling and must have now been with them for well over a year. Also, I actually get a reasonable amount of interest on my Current account which I'm most impressed by! Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Starling Bank is intuitive to use.

Starling Bank is intuitive to use. The customer service chat actually works well and issues are resolved in minutes rather than hours. The spaces function is a useful way to save money. It feels like it has been designed with the customer at the centre. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Simple money management for family life

Starling bank has made managing my money easy with their pots, ability to pay bills out of set pot and the introduction of virtual cards means I can now shop directly out of the pots rather than moving money. Their spending categorisation has helped me to review where my money has been spent and where I can make savings next or where there is a trend that I wasn't aware of. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Clear easy money management.

Clear money management. Nothing is hidden.EXTREMELY Secure Banking. Best easy banking, easy to read transactions and statement. Allows you to save as you spend and the saving Spaces is brilliant.
