Amazing current account

The reason why I love this account is because it's fair. it's fair in the sense of its overdraft charges, it allows you to see instantly where you spend and last but not least they offer a euro account for free which you could spend from the same debit card. Reviewed on: 31st January 2020

Downside

Banking Made Simple

Starling Bank has completely changed the way I bank for the better. The ease of using the app saves a lot of time and enables me to view spending habits and keep track of my money accurately. The benefits of travelling abroad with my Starling Card are massive and are a welcome change compared to traditional 'high street banks'. The customer support has also been excellent when I've needed to use it. Overall Starling Bank has made banking so much easier and understandable. Not really challenging anything

Appalling fraud detection. Had no need to change their overdraft pricing as it was the same for arranged and unarranged in the first place - but they’ve followed the flock anyway and upped their prices. Reviewed on: 30th January 2020

STARLING BANK DONT BOTHER

Opened account while ago. Lost card, telephoned told new one ordered. Waited for it to arrive as was going abroad and needed it for this. It didnt arrive, i called to be told, system error and order was rejected! Tried to get it fast tracked, it didn't happen. I left without it, couldnt pay whar i needed to as no card. Cost me extra £5000,they gave me no help, said nothing they could do. MANAGERS SAID THAT!! PHONE PERSONNEL WERE SUPERB AS I WAS IN TEARS. Reviewed on: 30th January 2020
