Not really challenging anything

Appalling fraud detection. Had no need to change their overdraft pricing as it was the same for arranged and unarranged in the first place - but they’ve followed the flock anyway and upped their prices. Reviewed on: 30th January 2020

STARLING BANK DONT BOTHER

Opened account while ago. Lost card, telephoned told new one ordered. Waited for it to arrive as was going abroad and needed it for this. It didnt arrive, i called to be told, system error and order was rejected! Tried to get it fast tracked, it didn't happen. I left without it, couldnt pay whar i needed to as no card. Cost me extra £5000,they gave me no help, said nothing they could do. MANAGERS SAID THAT!! PHONE PERSONNEL WERE SUPERB AS I WAS IN TEARS. Reviewed on: 30th January 2020

So easy and convenient to use

A little birdy told me...

This is without a doubt the easiest ad most communicative bank I've been a customer of. Every transaction is texted, a reminder to those of us who go mad on the contactless! Very transparent..all @ your fingertips. Customer derives are prompt to reply and very helpful. Going abroad is a breeze. No charges other than the ATM provider and up to date, good exchange rates, so no need to carry lots of dosh with you or queue to exchange before you go or when you get there.
