Best, easiest and most convenient way to bank.

Opened an account with Starling, the process was easy simple and convenient, I opened an account as a secondary account to my main bank initially to put a little away each month for a rainy day, however I am that happy with their banking I am shortly transferring to Starling as my main account, the only down side is not being offered an overdraft facility on my account but this may be offered to me if I start using my account more. A Breeze

I trust them

I’ve felt let down by Natwest Barclays hsbc etc. everything they say they will do they do. I know when my money is coming and going. All the information is there I have only ever had one question for them and the answer was ridiculously simple via their bank. I immediately messaged my closest friends raving about the quality of starting bank and not just the current account the business one is exactly the same.
