A totally different bank

I love how user friendly the app is. The separate spending space is amazing and I appreciate seeing all my payment amounts in one place. I like the control I have over my MasterCard. The posh notifications of every transaction are invaluable. The best bit is that I can take my dog into the post office to deposit cash! Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Very easy access to help when required

Opened a new current account and used the switch facility for Direct debits. Found my new bank very easy to communicate with both online chat and telephone. The opening of the account was very straightforward. I love the rounding up to the nearest £1 feature. For the first time in years I am starting to save ! Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
