Excellent Online Bank

If you want simplicity and ease of use, this is the bank for you. They have current accounts and business accounts. The standard of service from registering to receiving your card is second to none.. they have thought of everything, the customer experience is what stood out for me! Having a fantastic customer experience!

My experience of Starling so far has been faultless, its very simple, and easy to use. I only hold back my last couple of stars because I haven't gone 'Full Starling' yet, and I have a niggling fear of my my account being frozen for no reason (this may be media fear mongering, but it would probably ruin my life if it actually happened) when I do eventually take the leap. That being said, I'm not a fraudster, so I shouldn't have anything to fear! The affordable overdraft is a very attractive component and that alone has already helped me towards better financial stability. Thanks Starling, keep up the good work. Perfect on the go banking

I travel a lot and i could do with good exchange rates and no hassel banking options when opening and account and managing it and starling is great for that and more! They also have a great app design which helps with saving money as well. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
