The most user friendly and excellent customer service I have ever received

Opened this current account to travel abroad with as it was recommended to me as cheap to use. I have been fantastically impressed with it’s user friendliness and the response to queries and questions. My son has since opened a current account as he lives and works in Sweden and was struggling with English based banks. It has been his financial life saver. This is how all banks should be!

The Starling account was so easy to set up! My debit card arrived within a couple of days and I could use it straight away. The app is so simple but has great features including spaces to create savings goals and to put money aside. You can easily see what you have spent, including where by looking at your summary and you also receive notifications when you’ve used your debit card.
