From loads of old accounts to Starling Spaces...

We had a number of old accounts in our other main bank. Rather than having to manage all the different payments in and out of the five accounts we switched it all to Starling using their Spaces facility to create 'sub accounts' whcih gave us a single view and easy management of our monthly finances. App breakdown

Excellent all-round bank, but needs a better breakdown of money sent/received as it can all blur into one and can take a while scrolling to find a payment you are looking for. Also a cashback incentive to spend with starling would be great for customers as I currently have two banks because I get cash back on most spends. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Managing my money has never been easier

Apart from the fantastic customer support, it is so easy to manage my money and all the different types of outgoings using the various spaces. I no longer have to worry about overspending and not having enough to pay my bills as the month wears on. Money is automatically transferred to the different spaces such as car, communication, bills when I get paid and then what’s left in my account is what I have for everyday expenses. I no longer need an overdraft as I I am not overspending. I feel so much happier. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

The best way to run personal and business accounts

I have had personal and a business accounts with Starling for several years and it has been a pleasure to be their client. I love the fact their telephones are always answered with a human being, speaking native, correct English without a difficult to understand accent. This is very important as I have poor hearing. The person answering the call always 'owns' it until it's resolution which is always speedy, understanding and personable. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
