From loads of old accounts to Starling Spaces...

We had a number of old accounts in our other main bank. Rather than having to manage all the different payments in and out of the five accounts we switched it all to Starling using their Spaces facility to create 'sub accounts' whcih gave us a single view and easy management of our monthly finances. lost card abroad and was offered no help, no money

when i lost my card in thailand they told me they would not help and i was left without access to any of my money, all they could of done was help me tranfser the funds or send out a card but this was too much for them. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Reply from Starling Bank Hi there! We're very sorry to hear you lost your card abroad, this can be a very worrying situation. You are able to order a new card and set it up on your mobile wallet.
