the Most customer focused & forward thinking bank

I originally opened an account with Starling as I travel the world frequently and was severely let down whilst travelling by both my personal and business banks. So far Starling have surpassed my expectations and I am now using them as my regular current account, at home and whilst away. The user-friendly interface is a huge benefit of Starling, plus the savings services available e.g. round-up and the easy way to track spending. Of course the benefits to a traveller are invaluable such as push notifications rather than SMS to verify transactions. SMS verifications are useless when you are using a local SIM card of your current destination. The no-fees transactions when abroad put Starling head and shoulders above their competitors. Starling is a bank that is giving the customer of today what they are looking for. The world is becoming a smaller place and Starling is providing a much needed service to enable it. A game changer

Lstarlibg Bank has really changed my relationship with money, and leaves me excited to save in order to reach my personal goals( first home, 6 months savings, holidays retirement and last, but certainly not least raising a child in London). I live the ease of interacting with my account, and the fact that I am not subjected to wacky daily fees, something I dreaded when banking with Lloyd’s. There is ease in getting support and answers, and now that I’m planning to start my own business I approach it with excitement because I trust Starling Banks transparency,ease and support. In scale 1-10 Starling Bank gets 10.

Why? I’ve personally tested most UK high street banks current accounts for the last 15 years. In my view, Starling bank has reached 10 stars for its amazing customer service, fast transfers and the best user experience in their Starlink App. Super easy to use. Very efficient with instant notifications!

So simple, love the fact that the card can be locked or unlocked instantly. Any account activity is notified by email within seconds, amazingly easy to keep accurate records of finances! Will never look back, thank you Starling. Reviewed on: 20th January 2020

Fast, easy, safe, at hand reach

Comming from a country where you go in the bank when you want and in 5 minutes you leave with a new account and a brand new card in your hand... After beeing amazed how long can take a traditional bank in UK just to set an appointment to request a bank account and a card.... Some friend told me about Starling. And I opened my account while drinking a coffee in my kitchen, had a card in 2 days, my direct debits run just fine, I can receive or send money in seconds from my phone, I know absollutely every movement in my accounts through push up notifications, withraw any amount from the cash machine absolutelly free, my credit score is hapilly growing and I receive interest each month for the money I keep in my accounts.
