Great service

This is the best account ever, I can switch between GBP & Euro without any charges. On the one occasion I needed to phone, my call was answered quickly and dealt with very professional. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Superb Bank

Current Account is updated straight away allowing you to keep track of spending. Brilliant little saving area where you can save for different things that you need. They will even round up any money you spent that day and send it to your savings if you want. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Worst bank for customer service

If you have a issue on a Friday forget about it. Call centre staff very rude, managers refuse to come on phone when asked for. I have all calls recorded.. Stay clear Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Starling are amazing - you get immediate advice of money spent and then it’s categorised so you k ow what your spending g, for example, food, transport etc. this is HOW banking should be done. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
