Convenient, user friendly, customer focussed

My son introduced me to Starling Bank prior to a trip to Australia due to the absence of the usual massive fees for spending your money abroad. I saved a significant amount of money and it was so easy to keep track of my spending. I have since recommended to numerous people it is an excellent bank and totally designed for today’s life. convenient,easy to use abroad, quick customer service.

Had no issues with starling, applying for an overdraft was quick and easy. I love the save the change allowing me to save money without trying, and it's great to get live notification of your spend, and a breakdown of my monthly expenditure on types of items bought. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Outranks every other bank by a mile!

I joined Starling just over a year ago after being recommended by a financial advisor and I could not be more impressed by the service. It is so easy to view your money, move money around, save and schedule. And the ability to speak to someone in UK based customer service 24/7 is the icing on the cake! Simply Perfect

A new customer in December 2019. The App is elegant and intuitive; setting up personal, joint and Euro accounts was simple and quick; transferring money is easy; the Euro account is very convenient and easy to use; keeping track of transactions in all accounts is straightforward and the information is clearly presented. The easiest bank account to set up ever!
