So easy to use

Since starting with Starling I can honestly say I've never looked back. The experience has been so easy from setting up, to money saving tips. The app is so user friendly too. Give it a go you won't look back either. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Digital Banking just as it should be.

If Carling made banks it would be Starling Bank. This is exactly how digital banking should look and work. Staff are superb at resolving issues. Banking App flows exactly as it should. The only negatives are they’re not signed up to the PayM scheme. Whilst their own version is pretty good but PayM is the slick and easy way to make secure payments to friends or businesses without the risk of entering the wrong sort code or account number. Step up from high street banks!

Swapped from a high street bank and glad I did. App is user friendly, looks good and has so many features. I can control my money much easier and see what I spend the most on every month to help budget for the future. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Digital at it's best!

Was a little apprehensive about an online only account, concerns about, what if I have a cheque to pay in, who can I speak to if i have a problem. I found that all these queries were all answered, need to deposit, go to the post office, need to chat use the app, queries answered in than 24 hours. The app it self it great! High street banks listen up!

Having had repeatedly horrible experiences with the traditional high street banks on personal and business banking, with HSBC being the worst, I looked for alternatives and found a like minded bank in Starling who continually exceeds my expectations! Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Best bank ever!
