Perfection

An amazing service, professional, dedicated and professional staff, no annoying appointments needed, they’re available whenever needed, and no parking issues when you need to speak to someone, I can do everything I need to do from my workplace or the comfort of my home, fantastic, thank you starling bank. Innovative banking

I have had many bank accounts over the years. Many try hard to modernise their approaches via apps and tools within whimsy holding on to traditional methods. The main reason I opened a Starling account was for travel ease. I was fed up getting hit by bigger than expected bills when my transactions were updated - eventually. I love the rates and transparency of using starling abroad. I am also blown away by the very fresh, modern mobile savvy approach that Starling use - it takes mobile banking to a new level ! Awesome!

A completely amazing banking experience that not only provided me banking services but helped me get that so needed proof of address which is difficult to obtain in certain circumstances. All my respect for this company, I highly recommended it to anybody really! Great Bank Great Product

I was one of the first customers to join Starling Bank. The customer service has been outstanding and issues (not caused by starling rather payments being taken twice by merchant) have been dealt with efficiently. Living between Greece and the UK I make full use of the currency payment service and have found exchange rates to be competitive with funds arriving at the destination in good time. A breath of fresh air for banking

Joined starling as they offer a joint euro/gbp account. A faultless switch. I love the payment alerts through the app, the visualisation of the app and the fact I get paid my salary a day early. I’m really glad i made the switch. I hope the popular success does retract from their excellent customer service. Control of my own finances has never been easier

There are so many useful features with a Starling Account. From quickly and easily being able to see my account balance to opening multiple saving accounts to temporarily being able to freeze my own card. Even the notifications on my wearable devices that come to me even before the retailer sees the “transaction approved” message. It’s been a delight to switch to this bank and I’ve never looked back.
