Brilliant bank for foreign travel

This is the second year I've gone travelling with my Starling card. Withdrawals are easy from any ATM, paying for goods and services is a doddle. I love the fact that the card can be locked so if it gets lost no'one can use it. All transactions are immediately notified via my smartphone so it's really easy to kee track of expenditure. Great all round

With instant spend alerts on phone and watch, I feel safe using my Card abroad. Currency exchange is at a fair rate with no commission charges, so that’s another great reason for using abroad. I love how easy it is to see my balance and spend, and to transfer cash between accounts. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Best Bank

It's the first bank that seems to be truly 'modern'. The app is incredibly intuitive and easy to use not to mention the round up feature and 'spaces' feature make put money aside for little projects effortless. I only moved to Starling because of the free foreign transactions (I travel a lot with work) but I have found them to be so much better than my previous high street bank that I can't believe it took me so long to change! Starling Bank are epic!

Swapped to Starling Bank from my old bank because I wanted to manage my money better. Not only did I get my wish but I got a whole new way of banking. Being disabled is hard enough without having to go to physical bank so Starling Bank is an all round solution for me. A Breath of Fresh Air

I believe that this bank is the best thing to happen within my experiences of using banks, both on the High Street and online. I am kept up to date with a notification as soon as there is any movement within my account helping me to keep on top of my finances, this also alerts me instantly to any fraud or mis-use.
