Userfriendly account

Was wary of contact less payments and operating my account by phone. But am reassured by being able to see payments go through almost instantaneously and ability to control types of payment made on the cars. The ability to put money into separate pots and move them about easily has made an impact on my ability to budget and control spending. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

Helps manage spending

I actually work for a high street bank & I now do all my banking through starling. The app is so easy to navigate whilst giving you a gray amount of detail. I’ve got more savings than ever before because I keep track of my money better. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

Excellent app, excellent service

Simple, fast and secure.

Setting up a new account was a daunting process after being a natwest customer for 14 years. Made the move due to starling banks app. I love the easy of setting up the account and the in depth details it provides. I live the rounding up aspect of purchases and the simplicity of this. Exactly how banking should be.
