Basically brilliant

Starling has transformed our family finances - our two adult (student) kids both have accounts too. Because it's so simple and straightforward, they manage their finances well and can see where the money is going. Transferring money between us all is super-quick and easy, so we keep everything square. Best banking product I've ever used. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Fantastic

Everyone already knows Starling Bank is great

Whilst paying for my groceries in my local small supermarket I finished the transaction by offering up my Starling debit card to the machine for payment. "Starling Bank" came the observation from the chap on the till "yes," I said - "They are very good - so organised and all available on your mobile phone" the chap on the till observed - "I agree - I use them for my business too," I said. By now there was quite a queue forming behind me all captivated by our conversation. "Do you want your receipt?" said the chap on the till "yes please and don't forget you can pay in cash at the post office and send in cheques by post" I said "I do hope that Starling Bank get that mobile cheque scanning app completed soon" said the chap on the till. "Have a good day" I said as I left "Can I help?" said the chap on the till to the next person in the queue. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

A bank that listens, and helps.

Great experience overall with Starling. Moved to the UK with my wife and got my current and business account set up almost immediately, allowing me to do what’s required whilst knowing with comfort that Starling is taking care of the rest. Hassle-free and awesome support

I moved two bank accounts to Starling and it took just a couple of days. It was a totally hassle-free process! I’ve been with the bank about 4 months and it’s the best experience by far. Most recently, I went to Dubai and I could use my card and Apple Pay seamlessly. Even the AED- GBP exchange rate through Starling was better than any currency exchange in Dubai.
